Dennis Tao Appointed Chairman of PUMA's Supervisory Board
Dennis Tao has been elected as Chairman of PUMA's Supervisory Board, effective from October 21, 2026. He was appointed by the court alongside Jeanne Huang, who also joins the Board. Their tenure will last until PUMA's Annual General Meeting in May 2027. Tao replaces Héloïse Temple-Boyer, whose term concluded with the sale of Artémis SAS's stake in PUMA to ANTA Sports Products Limited.
Tao, who serves as Head of M&A and Capital Markets at ANTA Sports, brings extensive experience in international investments and corporate governance. He previously held senior roles at Morgan Stanley Asia and Amer Sports. Huang, now a member of PUMA’s Supervisory Board, is CEO of PIPA International and formerly held leadership positions at ANTA and Nike.
Tao expressed his excitement in supporting PUMA's strategic transformation and growth. The composition of PUMA's Board, now including Jeanne Huang, underscores the brand's forward-looking vision.
