Derichebourg Adjusts 2025 EBITDA Target
Derichebourg has revised its EBITDA target for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, in response to economic pressures tied to a delayed trade agreement with the United States. The recurring EBITDA is now expected to range between €300 million and €310 million, down from the initial forecast of €350 million.
The company will spread maintenance investments while maintaining capital expenditure on high ROI sorting lines. Despite challenging conditions, Derichebourg reaffirms its robust fundamentals, citing its strategic positioning in niche markets and plans in industrial metals recycling.
In capital optimization efforts, Derichebourg has canceled 219,633 treasury shares and introduced a buyback program for up to 1% of its share capital. This aligns with the company's strong financial structure, aimed at navigating uncertain markets.
