Derichebourg submits an amendment to the universal registration document
On September 7, 2026, Derichebourg SA announced the filing of an amendment to its Universal Registration Document. This process is being carried out with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The document is available online on the Derichebourg website and the AMF website.
Derichebourg, a major player in waste recycling and community services, is thus strengthening its financial transparency. Present in 17 countries with 8,800 employees, the group achieved pro forma revenue of €5 billion in 2025. This amendment represents an important update for investors and the financial market.
