Dermapharm Reports Strong Profits and Confirms 2026 Guidance
Dermapharm Holding SE has announced a 2.9% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching EUR 591.0 million. The company's unadjusted EBITDA rose significantly by 27.3% to EUR 184.5 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 163.2 million. The strong performance in the "Branded pharmaceuticals" segment was crucial in offsetting restructuring costs, including the strategic overhaul of axicorp.
The Board of Management remains confident, maintaining its forecast of a consolidated revenue between EUR 1,182–1,218 million for 2026, and adjusted EBITDA of EUR 331–341 million. The business growth is driven by the Mucos Group acquisition and continues to benefit from strong branded product sales both domestically and internationally.
Despite a moderate revenue decline in "Other healthcare products," the company profited from favorable exchange rates. In the "Parallel import business" segment, realignment has led to lower revenue but improved earnings.
