Deutsche Bank to Issue Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments

Deutsche Bank AG has announced plans to issue Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital instruments. The issuance aims to enhance the bank's leverage ratio and overall capital solvency ratios. The instruments will have a first call date on October 30, 2033, and are to be of benchmark size.

Authorized at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, these securities will exclude shareholders' pre-emptive rights. Each instrument will be denominated at €200,000, with Deutsche Bank AG acting as the sole bookrunner for the placement. The securities are issued under "Regulation S" and have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, restricting their sale within the United States.
