This investment, made with Five Arrows, will expand DBAG's footprint in the IT services sector. Totalmobile, based in Belfast, serves over 500,000 users with cloud-based solutions, optimizing processes for efficiency. The company is strong in the public sector, with clients in healthcare, housing, and emergency services.

Founded in 1985, Totalmobile is expanding its influence in Australia and New Zealand, targeting a market with double-digit growth rates. DBAG views this investment as a strategic expansion following its previous investment in MAIT. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
