DEUTZ AG Sees Promising Growth in Early 2026

Stock price chart of DEUTZ AG (EBR:DEZ) showing fluctuations.

In early 2026, DEUTZ AG opened the fiscal year on a strong note. The company reported a 41.2% increase in order intake, reaching EUR 771 million, and an 8.4% rise in revenue to EUR 530 million. The adjusted EBIT grew by 45.7% year-on-year, marking a 7% EBIT margin in a challenging opening quarter. DEUTZ's 2026 revenue guidance of EUR 2.3-2.5 billion with an adjusted EBIT margin of 6.5-8.0% appears cautious given these results.

Looking toward 2028, DEUTZ has set ambitious targets, aiming for revenues of EUR 3.2-3.4 billion and an EBIT margin of 8-9%. The company's Engines segment showed notable improvements, with revenue reaching EUR 306.7 million, and the Service sector continues to stabilize margins. The acquisition of Frerk has expanded their Energy segment, contributing significantly to the order intake.

While DEUTZ NewTech reduced its losses through focused R&D spending, the entry into the defense sector with a 13.1% margin also provides promising opportunities.
