Dexus Finance Pty Limited has provided an update regarding its ongoing legal proceedings related to the APAC matter. REST Nominees No.2 Pty Ltd, a shareholder in Dexus Bloc, has filed a Notice of Appeal with the Supreme Court of New South Wales. This follows a decision on 29 May 2026 validating a Default Notice. The initial court directions for the appeal are scheduled for 8 July 2026. Other shareholders have a deadline of 26 June 2026 to file their appeals.
