DF Deutsche Forfait AG Raises 2026 Forecast Following Preliminary Half-Year Results

DF Deutsche Forfait AG has revised its 2026 financial forecast upwards following the release of provisional, unaudited half-year results as of June 30, 2026. The company now expects the annual business volume to be only slightly below the previous year’s level, a more optimistic outlook compared to the earlier prediction of a significant decline.

The gross profit is forecasted to increase by approximately 10%, in contrast to an earlier anticipated 50% decline. Profit before tax is now expected to break even after initial expectations of a significant negative result.

For the first half of 2026, business volume decreased to EUR 108.0 million from EUR 118.1 million year-on-year, while gross profit rose by 3.5% to EUR 6.0 million. Profit before tax slightly decreased to EUR 0.8 million compared to EUR 1.1 million the previous year. The group's liquidity stood at EUR 36.1 million as of June 30.
