DF Deutsche Forfait AG Reports Solid First Half of 2026
DF Deutsche Forfait AG has released its half-year report for 2026. Despite a challenging market, the Trade Finance segment outperformed expectations. Business volume decreased to EUR 108 million from EUR 118.1 million last year. However, gross profit increased by 3.4% to EUR 6 million.
Earnings before tax were slightly lower at EUR 0.8 million, compared to EUR 1.1 million the previous year. As of June 30, 2026, the company held EUR 16.5 million in cash and cash equivalents, with additional assets valued at EUR 19.6 million.
CEO Dr. Behrooz Abdolvand noted that the difficult political climate in the Middle East affected global supply chains, yet alternative solutions helped mitigate impacts on their operations. The Executive Board anticipates a slight decline in business volume but expects gross profit to rise by about 10% for 2026.
