Jacob Friedman, with a strong background in customer operations at Plan A, will now oversee the integration of commercial processes and delivery infrastructure across Diginex's entities. Meanwhile, Sandra Kovacheva, previously handling legal and governance roles at Plan A, will focus on consolidating legal and compliance frameworks across Diginex's operations.
