Diginex and iNEED Collaborate on Sustainability for Indonesian Rural Banks
Diginex Limited has signed strategic agreements with PT. Inovasi Emran Ekadanta (iNEED) to enhance sustainability reporting for over 1,000 rural banks in Indonesia. This partnership aims to integrate Diginex's diginexESG platform, facilitating streamlined ESG data management and disclosure. iNEED will pay an upfront fee of approximately $1.7 million to Diginex, followed by a revenue-sharing model.
The initiative aligns with global standards such as the International Sustainability Standards Board and addresses the rising demand for ESG transparency in Indonesia’s banking sector. This move also positions Diginex and iNEED to meet increasing investor interest in sustainable investments across Southeast Asia.
Mark Blick, CEO of Diginex, emphasized the importance of this collaboration in scaling sustainable finance in Indonesia, while iNEED's CEO, Raden Joko, highlighted the enhancement of digital innovation in Indonesian banking. This partnership follows a strategic introduction by Resulticks, a real-time customer engagement solution provider.
