ESPG Extends Lease with Silicon Labs for Five More Years

Cologne, 23 February 2026 – European Science Park Group (ESPG) has announced the extension of its lease agreement with Silicon Labs in Hallbergmoos for an additional five years. This agreement covers approximately 400 square metres at Science Park AERO49, reaffirming the site's appeal to technology-driven companies.

Markus Drews, Member of the Management Board of ESPG, highlighted the location's attractive environment, combining planning security and excellent infrastructure. Science Park AERO49 offers 15,273 square metres of rental space and is strategically positioned near Munich Airport, providing top-tier international connectivity.
