ESPG Secures Over EUR 18 Million for LabCity Neu-Ulm Development

European Science Park Group (ESPG AG), a specialist in science park real estate, has announced securing over EUR 18 million in funding for LabCity Neu-Ulm. This includes a EUR 15.5 million loan from Volksbank Ulm-Biberach and EUR 2.5 million in subordinated debt, enhancing ESPG's financial flexibility.

Dr. Ralf Nöcker, a board member of ESPG AG, highlighted the importance of the new partnership with Volksbank Ulm-Biberach. He noted that the financing supports ESPG's growth strategy and bolsters its capability to enhance its science park portfolio amidst Germany's rising emphasis on science parks.

Markus Drews, transitioning from the Management Board to the Supervisory Board, emphasized his continued commitment to the company's growth, reflecting on his contribution to positioning ESPG as a frontrunner in science park investment in Germany.
