DKSH Management Ltd. has announced its acquisition of AIC Ingredients, a renowned manufacturer of functional food ingredients based in Malaysia. This strategic acquisition bolsters DKSH Performance Materials' influence in the Southeast Asian market for tailored functional ingredients, particularly within the bakery sector.

AIC Ingredients, founded in 1998, has excelled in developing functional blends, collaborating closely with clients on product development and recipe formulation. The integration of AIC's expertise, along with its 60 experienced employees, enhances DKSH's food blending and manufacturing capabilities in the region.

This acquisition aligns with DKSH's commitment to offering innovative, scalable food technologies suited to evolving customer needs. It also expands the Group's dedicated food solutions brand, ekpi, by establishing a significant presence in Malaysia.
