DLSI Group: Transfer of Shares within the Doudot Family

Mrs. Anna Doudot made a donation-sharing by transferring all of her DLSISA shares to her son, Mr. Thierry Doudot. This represents 1,648,750 shares, or 64.87% of the capital and 74.62% of the voting rights. Anna Doudot falls below the 50% thresholds for capital and voting rights, while Thierry Doudot exceeds them. Ray International passively crosses the 50% threshold for voting rights following the loss of double voting rights of the transferred shares.

The Financial Markets Authority has granted an exemption for these changes. Thierry Doudot will regroup his interests in his holding company Untitled 57, thanks to an exemption obtained for the reclassification of shares within the family group.
