DNXcorp postpones the publication of its 2025 annual financial report
DNXcorp Group has announced the postponement of the publication of its 2025 annual financial report. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2026, the report will now be published by May 29, 2026. This postponement is due to the pending signed reports from the statutory auditor concerning the company and consolidated financial statements for 2025.
DNXcorp assures that once the report is available, the market will be informed via press release. The group had already published its 2025 annual results in a press release on April 30, 2026.
DNXcorp's next publication will concern its half-year revenues and results for H1 2026, scheduled for September 24, 2026 after the close of trading.
