The notice of meeting, published on May 20, 2026 in BALO No. 60, includes the agenda and draft resolutions. A corrigendum is expected on June 10. These documents are available on the company's website.
In accordance with Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, shareholders may request these documents up to five days before the General Meeting. They are also available for consultation at MBWS's registered office 15 days before this date.
