DONTNOD Unveils Aphelion, a Brand New Space Adventure
French studio DONTNOD has announced the release of Aphelion, a science-fiction cinematic adventure. Developed in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA), the game is available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. It will be available on Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Play Anywhere from day one.
Aphelion puts players in the shoes of Ariane and Thomas, ESA astronauts exploring Persephone. They must solve the mystery of a crash and survive against a hostile life form. The physical edition for PlayStation 5, called the Pioneer Edition, will be available on July 2nd.
Oskar Guilbert, CEO of DONTNOD, expresses his satisfaction at collaborating with the ESA, highlighting the ability of video games to combine fiction and reality.
