Status of voting rights and share capital of DON'T NOD

On September 3, 2025, DON'T NOD published a statement on the composition of its share capital and voting rights for the months of July and August of the same year. The number of shares comprising the share capital remains constant at 13,081,759 for both dates. In terms of voting rights, the theoretical number stands at 16,326,204. However, the number of exercisable voting rights increased slightly, from 16,185,786 in July to 16,187,108 in August. This difference is mainly attributable to the deduction of shares stripped of voting rights.
