Dormakaba's 2024/25 Sustainability Report Shows Significant Progress

Rümlang, 3 September 2025 – Dormakaba has released its 2024/25 Sustainability Report, highlighting substantial progress in reducing emissions, enhancing workplace safety, and improving waste management. The company has reported a 25% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions since the baseline year, avoiding 18,841 tCO₂e.

Safety improvements are notable, with a 33.5% drop in the recordable injury rate, achieving targets two years ahead of schedule. Waste reduction efforts have led to a 54% decrease in landfill waste since FY 2020/21, particularly at the Modernfold site in the USA.

Dormakaba's report also mentions its commitment to fair pay and social responsibility, including a project in the DRC with Save the Children. This project has successfully reintegrated 23 children into education or vocational training, aiming to combat child labor in mining.
