Dräger Completes Share Buyback Program

Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, a key player in the industrial sector, has concluded its share buyback program. Beginning on October 7, 2024, and finishing on January 20, 2025, the company successfully repurchased 77,316 preferred shares. This buyback was initiated as part of an employee stock program, in line with EU regulations.
The buyback extension was publicly announced on November 22, 2024. Notably, the Executive Board abstained from participating, due to regulations on share-based remuneration. Dräger appointed a bank to manage the entire process on the stock exchange, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Details on the transactions can be accessed via Dräger's Investor Relations website. This marks an important financial maneuver for the company based in Lübeck, Germany.
