Drawdown of the third tranche of Europlasma funding
Europlasma, a company specializing in hazardous waste treatment, has announced the drawdown of the third tranche of its bond financing. This drawdown involves the creation of 200 bonds convertible into shares, for a nominal amount of €1 million, as part of a maximum loan of €45 million over three years.
The bonds are issued to Environmental Performance Financing, a company within the Alpha Blue Ocean group. This financing, however, is likely to result in significant dilution for existing shareholders, which could affect the share price on the market and cause a decrease in its value.
Despite these risks, this financing will allow Europlasma to support the development of its activities, with a potential impact on the value of shares and the capital structure.
