1&1 Reports Stable Performance in First Nine Months of 2025
1&1 AG announced that its operations in the first nine months of 2025 have developed as planned. The company maintained its forecast for the year, highlighting a stable customer contract base. The total number of customer contracts stood at 16.34 million, a slight decrease from the previous period. Mobile internet contracts increased by 40,000, while broadband connections fell by 90,000.
Revenue remained steady at €3,016.2 million. Service revenues slightly increased to €2,479.3 million, while hardware sales dropped marginally. However, EBITDA decreased by 11.5% to €409.8 million due to higher start-up costs for the mobile network, expected by the company.
The company confirmed its 2025 forecast, expecting a reduction in EBITDA to approximately €545 million. Despite the challenges, 1&1 anticipates stable service revenue and a stable contract base for the year.
