DRONE VOLT and Sol.One sign a strategic partnership worth 50 million euros
DRONE VOLT, a specialist in professional civilian drones, has signed an agreement with Sol.One, a Belgian company, to develop and market the Saboteur UAV drone system. The agreement includes a firm order of 50 million euros over 5 years.
Sol.One also commits to purchasing €10 million worth of propulsion systems and components annually from DRONE VOLT, which becomes their exclusive supplier. In parallel, the two companies will each invest €2.5 million in their respective capital.
Marc Courcelle, Managing Director of DRONE VOLT, welcomes this partnership, which strengthens the company's role as a key supplier of components for Saboteur UAV's advanced drones.
