DRONE VOLT Secures EUR 6 Million Non-Dilutive Bond Financing
On November 5, 2026, DRONE VOLT, a manufacturer of professional civilian drones, announced a non-dilutive bond financing agreement with the MULTI STRATEGIES SICAV-RAIF fund, amounting up to EUR 6 million. This financing supports DRONE VOLT's growth, especially amid increasing demand, demonstrated by a 26% growth in the first nine months of 2026.
The initial tranche of EUR 300,000 has been subscribed. The bonds, bearing an 8% annual interest, have a 24-month maturity period and are amortized in 52 equal installments. A payment moratorium is in effect until December 10, 2026.
CEO Marc Courcelle expressed satisfaction with the new financing, highlighting its role in enhancing the operational cycle to meet rising business volume. In case of default, a capital increase, potentially affecting shareholder equity, may occur. This strategy aligns with fulfilling a major order commitment from Sol.One, promising EUR 10 million annually over five years.
