DRONE VOLT welcomes a major American shareholder
Professional civilian drone manufacturer DRONE VOLT has announced the arrival of a major American investor in its capital. Armistice Capital Master Fund Ltd now holds more than 20% of the company's shares. This stake could potentially reach more than 40% in the long term.
This capital increase follows a successful €5 million fundraising round. The partnership with Armistice Capital provides DRONE VOLT with privileged access to the American market, considered the largest in the sector.
The company's next press release, scheduled for April 16, 2025, will detail the results for the first quarter of 2025.
