DRONE VOLT's Successful SABOTEUR Drone Tests in France
On November 2, 2026, DRONE VOLT announced the successful initial tests of the SABOTEUR UAV system in France. This professional civilian drone, developed with Belgian partner Sol.One, is a long-endurance Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aerial platform capable of deploying interceptor quadcopters.
The tests represent a milestone in the partnership, which includes a firm order worth 50 million euros over the next five years and marks the start of commercializing the SABOTEUR system in France. The UAV offers a range of 400 to 500 km, a flight endurance of 5 hours, and an altitude of 5 km AGL, making it suitable for continuous aerial missions and the integration of interceptor drones.
This advancement also supports DRONE VOLT's DaaS (Drone as a Service), which is poised for a substantial revenue increase. The company anticipates that its DaaS revenue will double by 2027, driven by rising demand and diverse applications in infrastructure, energy, and security sectors.
