DRONE VOLT repays its bond financing early
On April 15, 2025, DRONE VOLT, a company specializing in professional civilian drones, announced the early repayment of its €2 million bond financing. This financing, worth a nominal amount of €2 million, was concluded with Atlas Capital Market at the end of 2024.
This fund provided DRONE VOLT with financial leeway to continue its expansion. This resulted in two capital increases, one of €2 million in February and the other of €5 million in March 2025, orchestrated with Armistice Capital Master Fund Ltd.
Marc Courcelle, the Managing Director, expressed his satisfaction with this early repayment and reaffirmed the company's commitment to its high-margin activities, both in France and internationally.
