Avolta Expands Dining Options at Hawaii Airports

Avolta AG has partnered with the State of Hawaii’s Department of Transportation to enhance the dining offerings at three major airports: Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, Lihue Airport, and Kahului Airport. This initiative aims to revamp the airport dining scene with concepts that reflect Hawaii’s rich culinary heritage.

Collaborating with local brands and celebrated chefs, including Alan Wong, Avolta plans to introduce food and beverage options that emphasize regional ingredients and authentic flavors. The project intends to highlight Hawaii’s status as a top travel destination through unique dining experiences.

Steve Johnson, President and CEO of Avolta North America, noted the initiative's focus on showcasing Hawaiian cuisine's creativity. Meanwhile, Ed Sniffen, HDOT Director, emphasized the importance of offering travelers a taste of Hawaii’s multicultural heritage, enriching both local and visiting passengers' experiences.
