Duncan Ferguson Joins Neovii Pharmaceuticals as CCO

Neovii Pharmaceuticals AG, based in Rapperswil, Switzerland, has appointed Duncan Ferguson as Chief Commercial Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Ferguson enters Neovii during a crucial period as the company expands its transplantation franchise and promotes its strategic growth in immune-mediated diseases.

With nearly thirty years of experience in global commercial leadership, Ferguson's expertise spans specialty pharmaceuticals, rare diseases, immunology, oncology, and neuroscience. His previous roles include Vice President Commercial at Essential Pharma, where he directed global sales and partnered markets across several continents.

As CCO, Ferguson will lead Neovii's global commercial strategy, focusing on sustainable growth in existing and emerging markets. He will enhance strategic partnerships and contribute to the commercial strategy for new pipeline opportunities, including the Phase 2 GIRO study in Type 1 Diabetes.
