E-PANGO changes partners for its liquidity contract

On April 13, 2026, E-PANGO announced the termination of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont, initiated on July 8, 2021, and its new partnership with Invest Securities. The company, specializing in energy supply to businesses and local authorities, ended this agreement after the close of trading. As of the half-year financial statements date of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 155,278 shares and had a balance of €20,156.44.

Effective April 14, 2026, Invest Securities will manage the new contract for an initial term of two years, automatically renewable. The allocated funds consist of 146,237 shares and €29,587.08. This contract complies with current regulations, including AMF decision no. 2021-01, and aims to improve the liquidity and regularity of E-PANGO share prices on the Euronext Paris market.
