E-PANGO: Revenue and challenges for the first half of 2025
E-PANGO, an energy supply specialist, has announced a turnover of €226,000 for the first half of 2025. This figure does not concern the sale of electricity, which has been suspended following ministerial and judicial decisions, but results from the provision of services.
Legal expenses of €240,000 were incurred due to disputes related to RTE's termination of the E-PANGO participation agreement, which was deemed unfounded. The company also reduced its debt by €390,000 and carried out capital increases of €551,000 via OCEANES to meet its financial needs.
E-PANGO plans to provide an update on ongoing legal actions in September 2025 and saw the adoption of all resolutions at its extraordinary general meeting.
