E-PANGO General Assembly: Review and Outlook

On June 10, 2025, E-PANGO held its general meeting in Paris. With 24.39% of the voting shares, the quorum for the extraordinary meeting was not reached. Only ordinary resolutions were passed. The focus was on the financing secured by GFCO-9 to stabilize the company and cover expenses until 2027.
Discussions also focused on its subsidiary E-Bega's projects, which focus on optimizing electric charging stations. On the legal front, several disputes are underway, notably against RTE, EDF, and Enedis, with decisions expected by the end of 2025.
The ordinary resolutions, including the approval of the 2024 accounts and the appointment of directors, were adopted unanimously or by a large majority. The resolutions of the extraordinary meeting were postponed.
