Eagle Plains and Pacific Bay Minerals Sign Haskins Project Agreement

Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. and Pacific Bay Minerals Corp. have executed an option agreement for the Haskins critical metals project in British Columbia. The agreement permits Pacific Bay to acquire a full 100% interest in Eagle Plains' Haskins project. Spanning 578 hectares and located 105 km northeast of Dease Lake, the site is accessible by road and is considered promising for multiple mineralization types, including carbonate replacement and skarn.

Chuck Downie, CEO of Eagle Plains, highlighted government interest in critical metals as favorable for the project's development. The agreement entails a four-year plan where Pacific Bay will pay Eagle Plains common shares incrementally alongside mandatory exploration work commitments, totalling $900,000. Additionally, Haskins claims are subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty, adjustable through repurchase clauses.
