Eagle Plains Reveals High-Grade Mineralization at Theory Project
Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. has reported noteworthy findings from its Theory Project in north-central British Columbia. The analysis, conducted in partnership with Sun Summit Minerals Corp., reveals significant copper, gold, and silver mineralization. The project, located in the Toodoggone Mining District, shows promising potential, particularly in the newly discovered Saboteur Zone.
Highlighted results from this zone include a sample showing 4.78% copper, 0.635 g/t gold, and 49 g/t silver. Another area, the Fred-DM-DMR Zone, produced samples with up to 6.42% copper and 12.6 g/t gold. Comprehensive mapping and sample analysis indicate the presence of a buried porphyry system, suggesting future prospects.
Chuck Downie, CEO of Eagle Plains, emphasized the successes achieved in 2025, noting the unexplored potential and the anticipation for further fieldwork in 2026. The results demonstrate the Theory Project's promising prospectivity for significant mineral exploration.
