Econocom dépasse le seuil de 70% des droits de vote
Le 29 avril 2026, Econocom a annoncé avoir reçu une notification de transparence. Jean-Louis Bouchard, Econocom International BV et Econocom Group SE ont franchi le seuil de 70% des droits de vote. Cette acquisition de titres a eu lieu le 22 avril 2026, portant leur participation à 71,78%, soit 160 424 278 droits de vote.
La notification indique un franchissement de seuil consécutif à une acquisition de titres. Les entités concernées sont contrôlées par Jean-Louis Bouchard et incluent Econocom International BV, basée aux Pays-Bas, et Econocom Group SE, située en Belgique. La notification a été signée le 27 avril 2026.
Ces transactions s'inscrivent dans le cadre des obligations légales de transparence et sont disponibles sur le site internet d'Econocom.
