Econocom Group Conducts Treasury Shares Buyback
On 31 August 2026, Econocom Group SE executed a transaction as part of its treasury shares buyback program. Approved by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 31 March 2026, the transaction involved purchasing 125,000 shares on the stock exchange. Each share was acquired at a consistent price of €1.495.
Following this operation, Econocom Group SE holds a total of 17,314,480 Econocom Group shares. This represents 10.64% of the total 162,759,902 securities issued by the company.
