Econocom: Transparency notification by Fidelity
On April 24, 2026, Econocom received a transparency notification indicating that Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC had reduced its stake in the company. Pursuant to Section 14 of the law of May 2, 2007, this notification specifies that this reduction in stake fell below the 5% threshold of voting rights on April 22, 2026. Fidelity now holds 4,274,795 voting rights, representing a 1.91% stake in Econocom.
Other entities affiliated with FMR LLC, the parent company, have also had their voting rights changed. For example, FIAM LLC and Fidelity Management Trust Company now hold 207,564 and no voting rights, respectively. This change affects the overall voting structure within the company.
