Reimbursement of issuance premium by Econocom Group
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Econocom Group, held on March 31, 2026, approved a repayment of the share premium of €0.05 per share. This premium is treated as paid-up capital. The process complies with Article 7:209 of the Belgian Companies and Associations Code.
The coupon detachment, guaranteeing reimbursement, is scheduled for June 30, 2026. Econocom has set the registration date for July 1, 2026, while payment will be made on July 2, 2026. Euroclear Belgium will act as paying agent for this transaction.
