On May 7, 2026, Econocom Group SE announced that it had completed a share buyback, following authorization from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 31, 2026. The transaction, carried out on the stock exchange on May 6, 2026, involved 4,482,359 shares at a price of €1.40 per share. As of that date, Econocom held 16,229,895 shares, representing 9.97% of the total number of shares issued, which amounted to 162,759,902.
