Econocom Group Executes Treasury Share Buyback
On 18 March 2026, Econocom Group SE completed a treasury share buyback as authorized by the shareholders on 30 November 2021. The company acquired 173,135 shares through a stock exchange purchase. The transaction was executed at a uniform price of €1.473 per share.
As a result, Econocom Group SE now possesses 747,536 of its own shares out of a total of 162,759,902 issued securities. This represents approximately 0.46% of the company's total share capital.
