Econocom Transparency Notification: Fidelity Increases Stake
On February 19, 2026, Econocom Group announced a significant change in its shareholder structure. Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights, reaching 5.01%. This followed the cancellation of treasury shares on February 10, 2026.
The notification was made in compliance with Article 14 of the Law of May 2, 2007, which mandates disclosures of significant shareholdings. The threshold crossing occurred on February 12, 2026, and the notification was signed on the 19th. The total number of voting rights reported by Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC is 11,197,030, out of a denominator of 223,498,206.
FMR LLC oversees several entities, including FIAM LLC and Fidelity Management Trust Company, managing discretionary investments. The combined voting rights of these entities now total 6.94% of Econocom's shares.
