NSE Group's 2025 Results: Continued Growth Despite a Complex Environment
The NSE Group, listed on Euronext Growth in Paris, announces a significant increase in its financial results for 2025. The specialist in high-tech electronic equipment, particularly in the Defense and Aeronautics sectors, reports revenue of €109.6 million, up 6% compared to 2024. This growth is mainly due to the Integrations BU, with a jump of 19.1%, boosted by the acquisition of NSE Anjou and NSE Butitec.
EBITDA reached €13.1 million, marking a 31% increase, and the operating margin improved to 12%. This result is attributed to effective cost management and a favorable product/service mix. Net income attributable to the Group reached €5.3 million, up 47%.
NSE's financial strength is confirmed with €24 million in cash and increased debt of €7.5 million due to the acquisition of Ametra Intégration. For 2026, NSE anticipates continued growth while improving profitability, supported by robust fundamentals and a strategy focused on Defense and Aerospace.
