Edenred Acquires The Mobility House Solutions to Expand EV Charging
Edenred has signed an agreement to acquire The Mobility House Solutions, a German leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging services for B2B clients. This move strengthens Edenred's electromobility offer, particularly in Germany and Austria, aiming to become a key partner for fleet managers during the energy transition.
The Mobility House Solutions, part of The Mobility House Group, offers installation and maintenance services of EV charging solutions. It boasts a smart charging and energy management system called ChargePilot®. The company manages over 5,000 customers including 2,500 fleet depots and employs around 60 staff members.
This acquisition aligns with Edenred's Amplify25-28 strategy, enhancing their capabilities in electromobility. The partnership will offer unique propositions like transforming electric fleets into intelligent energy assets. The deal is expected to close by Q3 2026.
