Edenred's Liquidity Contract Report for December 2025
Edenred has released its half-yearly report on the liquidity contract with BNP Paribas as of December 31, 2025. The liquidity account holds 326,971 shares and €8,329,028 in cash. During the semester, there were 3,372 buy-side executions and 3,131 sell-side executions. The volume traded on the buy side amounted to 720,326 shares for €16,178,595, while the sell side saw 640,344 shares traded for €14,615,885.
In comparison, the previous half-year statement on June 30, 2025, showed 246,989 shares and €9,891,737 in cash. During that period, 617,526 shares were bought for €18,418,820 and 594,838 shares were sold for €17,917,717.
Since the contract's inception on July 5, 2022, when the account started with no shares and €20,000,000 in cash, Edenred has maintained active engagement in share liquidity management in line with AMF regulations.
