Eduform'Action has announced the online publication of the exercise price for the ninth period of the share subscription warrants (BSA) issued on December 3, 2025. This period runs from October 19 to 30, 2026. The exercise price of the BSAs is determined according to two criteria: the average of the company's closing share prices over the five days preceding the start of the period, with a 15% discount, or the price of the previous period. For this ninth period, the amount is set at €0.21.
