Eduform'Action raises €461,220
On November 26, 2025, Eduform'Action successfully completed its capital increase through the issuance of ABSA bonds with preferential subscription rights. The company raised a total of €461,220, intended to support its future development.
Investors subscribed for 92.24% of the shares, divided between irrevocable, revocable, and voluntary subscriptions. With this transaction, the company's share capital increased from €818,485.50 to €837,856.74, and the number of shares outstanding now stands at 19,596,785.
The new shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Access in Paris on December 3, 2025. The equity per share is increasing, despite a slight dilutive impact. Eduform'Action continues to strengthen its position in the training market.
