Exercise of the 2025 BSA: Start of the Sixth Period for Eduform'Action

Eduform'Action has announced the opening of the sixth exercise period for share warrants (BSA) linked to the shares issued on December 3, 2025. This period runs from June 15 to 26, 2026. The exercise price of the BSAs is set at €0.25. This price is calculated by comparing the average closing price of the five days preceding the opening of this period, less a 15% discount, with the price used in the previous period.

Eduform'Action, launched in January 2022, is listed on Euronext Access Paris. The group positions itself as a major player in the initial and continuing training sectors, targeting high-demand areas such as digital technology and workplace safety.
