EDUFORM'ACTION: Announcement of the Exercise Price for the Seventh Period of the 2025 Warrants

EDUFORM'ACTION has announced the exercise price for the seventh exercise period of its 2025 share warrants (BSA). This period will begin on July 20, 2026, and end on July 31, 2026. The exercise price has been set at €0.24, in accordance with the calculation method defined previously. This calculation takes into account the average closing price of the five preceding days, less a 15% discount, or the price of the previous period, whichever is lower.
